DA2CPV (distemper/parvo) appropriate for age
Bordetella within the previous 12 months (must be intranasal and is required every 6 months). If vaccine has been given in the past 12 months but over six months old, we can update the vaccine upon arrival. If the vaccine is over a year old or has never been given, You must get vaccine at least five days before boarding is allowed.
Rabies
Fecal check (required every 6 months)Bivalent Canine Influenza vaccine (shot is a series of two. Initial and booster after 2-4 weeks). Vaccine may be given at the time of drop off, however, if the pet does not vet with us, our doctor will have to perform a physical on that pet prior to vaccination. The owner is responsible for the additional cost of the physical.
Physical exam(within the last 12 months)
Puppies must have at least 2 sets of vaccines completed at least five days prior to dropping off for boarding/grooming
Dogs may be dropped off and picked up between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. Charges are per night.
After-hours pick-up and drop-off services are available on Saturdays and Sundays, for an additional fee. Available times are Saturday from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm and Sunday from 10am-12pm or 3:30-4:30 PM. Please indicate your intent when dropping off or when making your reservation.
After hour fees do not apply on Saturdays if the pet is picked up or dropped off between the hours of 8 AM and 12 PM.
We will allow sharing for the suites, premium, deluxe, and standard enclosures, but there will be no sharing for the wire cages. Sharing is for dogs that will be able to fit together as the owner wants, they will not share if they are too big.
If dogs sharing a space become aggressive with each other, they will be separated and owner will be responsible for the additional space needed to board them.
