Dr. W. Aric Sabins graduated from Purdue Veterinary School in 2001.  As the owner of the practice, he is committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.  He has a strong interest in canine behavior as well as surgery.  Dr. Sabins and his wife, Kris, moved with their two daughters to Person County in 2001.  Since that time, the Sabins have put down deep roots in Roxboro and really enjoy the pace of a small town.  The Sabins enjoy the companionship of their cats, Freaky and Stormy as well as their dogs, Spot, Patrick and Sandy.

Dr. Melina Efthimiadis (Dr. "E") graduated from North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007.  Dr. Efthimiadis has worked in veterinary care most of her life and is now enjoying putting her knowledge to use in the care of her patients.  Dr. Efthimiadis has particular interest in Internal Medicine and soft tissue surgery.  With Dr. Sabins, Dr. Efthimiadis is committed to wellness and preventative care.  Dr. Efthimiadis and her husband, Joe Stump, have a home in Timberlake with their dogs, Pepsi, Harley, Zeus,  and their cats Sasha and Rudi.
